What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship. The average shipping is between 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at jjaysbundles@gmail.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We allow 30 days after an item as been received to be returned for a full refund. The item(s) must be shipped back at your own expense. Once the item is received and inspected for with damage or use of the product, a full refund in the amount of your original purchase will be processed. Receipt of the refund will depend on the processing of your lending institution.
Please Include your name and order number or receipt when returning item(s).
Please note: Refunds are not offered until the item is returned and inspected.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, cancellation must be completed prior to the order being shipped. If the item is already shipped, cancellation or refunds are not allowed.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or applied an incorrect address to your order, simply reply to your order conformation email and provide update. You can also email luvmytoyz2@gmail.com directly with order updates, please include your name and confirmation # in the subject. Once the item is shipped there is no way to cancel the order or change the shipping address. If item is returned by mail service and the items needs to be reshipped, new shipping fees will be applied to the order.

Shipping times vary as we do ship nationwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-21 days.
